Even brought me hot sauce within seconds when I asked for it. I ordered Paneer butter Masala & Gobi Manchuriab. Tasty, only reason I took off one star is because the paneer didn't have much masala. It was very bland, with hot sauce it was tasty, if you're a spice aficionado like me remember to request for them to make it spicy. Wouldn't be my very first choice for an Indian curry place but because of the location I would definitely come back. ”

I come here frequently when I want good lamb chops in Sugar Land without having to drive into Hillcroft..Barrah kabab is delicious. The lamb is perfectly seasoned and tender. I have lamb chops with naan and sag paneer. All pretty good for the suburbs. The tandoori and naan do not have the same charred smokiness as other restaurants that cook with tandoori ovens. But pretty tasty and consistent food. Other good dishes that Madras offers: - goat curry: meaty chunks that are not too fatty. Tasty! - chicken tikka masala: standard fare; good not great; white meat and not dark just the way I prefer - masala dosa: tasty but not too crispy - sambar and idly: sambar is made with zucchini. Would like drumsticks. I would skip samosa. Good place for tasty and consistent food. Owners are also great and offer great service! ”
